How did I get here?
First and foremost I am a mum and wife, so I know what it is like to try and balance a busy life, whilst trying to maintain your own identity and health.
My path to Naturopathy wasn’t a straight line, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world in Human Resources before my own health journey led me to a career change. I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) through Endeavour College whilst having a baby, and trying to juggle work and study.
During my pregnancy I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes which was a humbling experience, but also a great learning opportunity! This lived experience allows me to connect with and support my clients in a realistic and compassionate way.
I take a whole-person approach to health, combining evidence-based herbal and nutritional medicine with education to help you understand your body and what it needs to thrive. In a perfect world we would all be getting 8+hrs of sleep each night, exercising daily and eating a balanced nutritious diet… unfortunately for many of us that isn’t always achievable all of the time.
Alongside my Naturopathic practice, I’m also a qualified Pilates instructor and strongly believe in the value of movement as medicine. Supporting the body through mindful, intentional movement is a powerful part of long-term health and healing.
My goal is to help you move from surviving to truly thriving, using diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine, and personalised care to get you there.
